Physical Activity Pyramid is a plan that is prepared for someone to be guide in
having an active lifestyle. It is the division of how much time you should allot to
your physical activity.
The activities that we should do regularly are the physical activities in one’s
daily regimen. The activities that we should do habitually are playing physical
games. The activities that we should do often are recreational activities like
swimming and jogging. The activities that we do minimally are sitting, texting all
day, watching TV, playing game console and computer games, etc.
