● Implement Dialectical Behavior Therapy to fidelity: DBT Skills Group, phone coaching, weekly
individual therapy
● Conduct parent coaching, including phone coaching for parents
● Supervise Master’s level clinical interns and Master’s level clinicians
● Provided individual, couples, and family therapy with individuals ranging in age from 6 - 70
● Conducted individual and group therapy with males ages 11-18 exhibiting sexual behavior
problems and co-occurring disorders
● Counseled family members to assist them with parenting skills, supporting client needs,, and
addressing family systems issues
● Provided case management and discharge/aftercare planning, including collaboration with the
court system and Department of Children’s Services
● Managed utilization reviews for insurance contracts
● Conducted individual and group therapy with males ages 11-18 exhibiting sexual behavior
problems and co-occurring disorders and with females ages 11-18 exhibiting self-harm, substance
abuse, and suicidal behaviors with extensive histories of trauma.
● Counseled family members to assist them with parenting skills, supporting client needs,, and
addressing family systems issues
● Provided case management and discharge/aftercare planning, including collaboration with the
court system and Department of Children’s Services
● Trained all facility staff monthly on DBT skills
