AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, FELIPE ISIP Y PADILLA, of legal age and a resident of Manila, , after

having been sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the complainant in the CRIMINAL CASE NO. 03-212196, for

Robbery now pending before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 15, Manila
against PO2 EDGARDO BOOK, PO2 RODANTE BOLOTANO and PO2
EDHARDO GATDULA;

2. After going over the record of the case and evidence, I found out
that PO2 EDGARDO BOOK has no participation in the commission of the
offense;

3. I am no longer interested in pursuing the case against PO2

EDGARDO BOOK only and move for its dismissal;

4. I know the consequences of the dismissal of the case against PO2

EDGARDO BOOK;

5. I am executing this affidavit of my own free will and volition, without

being coerced, intimidated or promised any reward.
