help more people live healthier lives, and decided to

begin publicizing this secret Royal Daoist Exercises in
1981. Thousands of people have benefited, and experienced
remarkable improvement in their health. The Exercise consists seven
postures and each posture is further divided into several parts. The
seven postures are: standing, sitting, squatting, kneeling, crawling,
rolling and prone. There are 141 movements in total. The standing
posture is the foundation of the Exercise, and is the only posture that
has been publicized so far.
