Reading  Math 
This week in reading, first graders began learning about  This week, first graders

This week, first graders began writing book reviews! First  May 28th​: NO SCHOOL (Memorial Day) 
graders learned how to give a short summary of their book 
without “spilling the beans”. They added reasons why their 
book was the best and even added sentences encouraging 
their readers to go out and read their book!
