Dear Interview Team,

I am very happy to write this letter of recommendation for Erin Roth-

Zifcheck who is a qualified applicant for a teaching position at your school. I
have worked with Mrs. Zifcheck from September 2017 through April 2018.
We were part of the Co-Teach experience through Baldwin Wallace
University. This model allowed Erin to spend the entire school year in our
classroom.

Erin has built an excellent relationship with students at Brookview. She

shows a sincere interest in students and consistently cares about their
progress. She is a creative teacher who designs instruction to meet the
needs of her students. I have had the opportunity to work closely with Erin
this school year. She communicates the learning objectives, uses visuals,
examples, technology, and models learning expectations while delivering
lessons.

Erin has been extremely professional throughout the school year and
relates well to her colleagues. She is friendly, pleasant and cooperative.
She shows respect for all staff members. She communicates with parents
effectively.

I believe Erin is a very dedicated and talented teacher who is a valuable

asset to any school. It is without reservation or hesitation that I recommend
her for the teaching position she is seeking. Erin has the knowledge,
interpersonal skills, love of teaching and commitment to learning to continue
