and promoting a social-emotional environment that prepares citizens of a global society
Teacher- 5th grade US History and 6th grade Geography educator
• Planned and implement lessons using differentiated instruction for a diverse student
body using a traditional seven period day and inquiry and project-based learning
• Incorporated ELA and literacy in the content area learning opportunities including:
reading historical novels, essay writing, literature circles and research
