Knowledge
To improve professional
knowledge and skills in
teaching literacy and
numeracy.

Rationale:
In Technology classrooms,
literacy and numeracy are a
cross-curriculum priority, but I
feel I did not achieve this
during my last professional
experience because of the
competing demands of the
classroom. I did not know how
to lift the performance of
students who were many
years behind, while
challenging students who
were already ahead.
Goal 2: Professional
Practice
To interpret student
assessment data, and modify
teaching and learning
activities accordingly.

Rationale:
During my previous
professional placement, my
supervising teacher evaluated
that I was working towards
this Standard, but had not
demonstrated it. I think that
