· Labelling according to EU guidelines:

Semi-finished articles from copper and copper-alloy are not substances or mixtures according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (GHS/CLP Regulation) and, therefore, not subject to classification and labelling. Our semi-finished articles contain no substances (SVHC Substances of Very High Concern) which are subject for inclusion in Annex XIV of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH Regulation). The criteria according to Article 57 (e.g. CMR categories 1 and 2) of the REACH Regulation for possible inclusion in Annex XIV do not apply to the metals used in our semi-finished articles. · National regulations:

· Waterhazard class: Generally not hazardous for water
