ORDER
For failure of the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement,
the mediation proceeding was terminated and this case will be
resolved pursuant to the 2011 HLURB Rules of Procedure.

In view whereof, parties are hereby ORDERED to file within

fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof their respective position
papers, jointly verified by the parties and their counsels, attaching
thereto the affidavits of their witnesses and documentary
evidence, as well as their draft decisions as provided for by
Executive Order No. 26.

Said position paper and draft decisions shall state clearly

and distinctly the facts, the issues and applicable laws and
jurisprudence on which they are based.
