• Personnel matters in relation to key executives

• Operative responsibility for the brands adidas and Reebok in the Market
North America

• Sports Relations

• Group Internal Audit

• Group Legal & Compliance and Social & Environmental Affairs

• Global IT

• Corporate Communications

• Brands TaylorMade-adidas Golf, Rockport and Reebok-CCM Hockey

• Provision of a risk management system in the concerned business area for


recording, controlling and monitoring essential strategic and operating
risks and essential risks related to compliance and support in the
implementation of a reporting system for proving the effectiveness of this
risk management system

II.

The business area of the Chief Financial Officer and Labor Director (Robin J.
Stalker) comprises i. a. the following:
• Commercial Finance

• Group Finance

• Group Taxes

• Group Treasury

• Group Functions Finance

• Investor Relations

• Mergers & Acquisitions

• Corporate Real Estate

• Service Center Finance

• Center of Excellence Finance

• Financial and accounting matters including finance and investment


planning and its control

• Personnel matters as far as the key executives are not concerned

• Matters concerning occupational medical care, workplace planning,


occupational safety and data protection

• Representation of the company towards the employees, the Works Council,


the Standing Committee on Industry and Trade and any other institutions
required by the works constitution laws

• Representation of the Company towards third parties (e.g. Chambers,


journalistic media, employers’ federations, trade unions, social security
bodies) in personnel and social matters

• Provision of a risk management system in the concerned business area for


recording, controlling and monitoring essential strategic and operating
risks and essential risks related to compliance and support in the
implementation of a reporting system for proving the effectiveness of this
risk management system

• Brand positioning and strategic orientation

• Global Brand Marketing for Brands adidas and Reebok

• Global Product Marketing

• Global Sports Marketing

• Digital Marketing

• Research & Development

• Provision of a risk management system in the concerned business area for


recording, controlling and monitoring essential strategic and operating
risks and essential risks related to compliance and support in the
implementation of a reporting system for proving the effectiveness of this
risk management system

The business area Global Operations (Glenn Bennett) comprises i. a. the


following:

• Global Brand Operations for the brands adidas, Reebok and TaylorMade-
adidas Golf concerning footwear and textiles

• Global Sourcing
