Develop and revise of Project EHS Plans and procedures well integrated into the work

systems.

Advise and assist project personnel in preparation of Risk Assessment, Method statements and
development of control mechanisms for risk management in the work place.

To carryout site safety induction training with all new employees to explain site access and
egress, know site hazards and critical locations and emergency services.

Regularly visit Project workplaces to Identify potential areas for improvement.

Create a culture of trust throughout the workforce by factual reporting, recognition, feedback

Recommend appropriate training based on need assessment and provide assistance in the
development of relevant EHS training for every field work.

Identify the concern EHS issues and conduct HSE Meetings chaired by Projects Manager and
members of Project Management team record agreed actions, time frame and prepare Minutes
of Meeting

Conducting awareness meeting with all employees to maintain positive safety culture among the
employees, make awareness of the particular job for all employees and avoid any workplace
incidents / accidents.

Ensure the investigation of all incidents including near misses to find out root cause and suggest
best remedial action to prevent recurrence

Preparing and executing emergency preparedness plan to make better awareness during any
emergencies and familiarize the emergency routes.

HSE performance, providing weekly / monthly statistical analysis reports to the Project Manager
and

Statistic provides Project team to aware of our HSE performance for further improvement

Ensure EHS Inspection and audits are conducted at agreed intervals to measure compliance
with the Project EHS Management System.

Detect deficiencies and weakness in EHS and promptly advise, correct the project employees to
make up deficiencies and provide support to project team to improve the performance in order
to achieve the set objectives and targets
