This camp is open to all Chippewa Valley students who will enter the 1st thru 12th grade next fall!
Please bring one can of tennis balls with you on the first day of the camp.
Each student will receive a Cougar Tennis t-shirt. Please indicate your child’s size below.

Early registration is due by June 11th and the last day to register is June 18th.

*All payments must be made to Community Education. Coaches cannot accept payments for the camp.*

All withdrawals are subject to a $8.00 processing fee. Withdrawals after the early registration due date are refunded at 50%.
A $20.00 fee will be assessed for any return checks.
PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION
Withdrawals made after June 18, 2018, will not be refunded.
