SEAP announcement 272269/ 15.11.2010

We , RADWIN, who are established and reputable producers of communication equipment

(RADWIN-2000 L, together with IDU-C with 2 Ethernet interfaces and SFP port and Dish
antenna, 2ft, dual polarization, gain 28dBi), having production facilities at 27 Habarzel St., Tel Aviv
69710, Israel, do hereby authorize S.C. COMARK TELECOM located at 123, Calea Vitan Street,
sector 3, Bucharest, Romania (hereinafter, the “Bidder”), to offer and to deliver the above products as
part of his proposal for the subject bid.
By this letter we guarantee the quality and performances of our products as detailed in the
relevant technical documentation and authorize S.C. COMARK TELECOM to assure for the respective
products the fulfillment of obligations that result from the supply contract regarding the delivery of the
products.
