STATEMENT OF WORK FOR

RECLINERS AT B861

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. T h e Contractor shall provide services as required by this


Statement of Work (SOW) to include: delivery, assembly and installation of 30 recliners into building
861 technical training west side on JBSA Randolph, TX. The building is occupied and requires no
demolition of existing furniture. All materials and accessories shall be installed in accordance with
industry standards and manufacturer's recommendations.

2. LOCATION: Building number 861 is located at 10474 H St. West, JBSA Randolph AFB San
Antonio, TX.

3. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project requires the delivery, assembly and installation into building 861 west wing:
a. The following items listed shall be delivered, assembled and installed in B861:

Recliners 18ea in room # 136
Recliners 12ea in room # 135

4. SITE DESCRIPTION: This project requires delivery, installation and assembly of 30


recliners.

5. STORAGE AND PARKING:


No contractor storage is required for this project. Parking shall be in the vicinity of the job site.

6. PROJECT SCHEDULE: Contractor shall deliver, install and assemble the recliners within 45
days after receipt of this statement of work and contract.

7. HOURS OF OPERATION: The delivery and installation shall be performed during normal
duty hours (7:30 A M. to 4:00 P. M., Monday thru Friday).

8. WORKMANSHIP: The Contractor shall perform all operations in a manner that will result in
a professional and expeditiously completed project. The work shall be in strict accordance with
the prevailing industry standards.

9. ACCESSORIES AND INCIDENTALS: Contractor shall provide all incidentals necessary.


Cost for these items shall be included as part and parcel of the finished installation.

10. DEMOLITION: None is required.

11. INSTALLATION: The installation date shall be coordinated with the Contracting Officer and the
Dorm Manager.

12. SUBMITTALS: Provide product data on specified products

13. QUALITY ASSURANCE: The government shall inspect all work performed by the contractor.
Work performance shall be deemed satisfactory and acceptable to the government when the Dorm
Manager declares the project satisfactory.

14. CLEANUP: The Contractor shall collect all trash, debris, refuse, garbage, etc., which he
generates and remove it from the site.

15. PROTECTION: The contractor shall take precautions to prevent damage to government property.
The contractor shall repair or replace damaged items at no additional cost to the government.

16. COMPLETION OF WORK: The contractor shall ensure that work for this project is performed in
accordance with the criteria herein, and that all relevant materials, finishes, equipment, and systems
shall be fully operational at the completion of work for this project.

17. ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall perform all work in accordance
with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
