please your help there is a paper jam in the inverter output paper brand me code delay PS76
(imagePRESS C1 +) paper gets stuck when to turn around and leave gets stuck where these those 8
strips at the entrance and the paper creases and fails

Pull out the fixing feed drawer and see if the non op side of the duplex drawer is hanging down farther
than the Op side.
They should be even and almost flush with the underside of the frame.

Suspect that the duplex holding area may be warped.

Bend the hinge upwards on the Duplex holding tray so that the tray is even all of the way across.
the duplex holding tray and hinges may need to be replaced if issue returns

Canon C1 Inverter jams / folds – Face-Up and Face Down

 We have a c1 which folds/ creases the paper on the way out of the inverter.
 when printing card it jams .
 On single copy / print ( face up it is fine )
 We have changed the whole inverter section/ fuser / duplex guide mylars.

Face-down output or duplex jobs on the imagePRESS C1

Check if PS17 actuator is going back too far, if so the machine will think that paper is still present at
the sensor. Adjust the metal plate stop for the actuator & the issue should be resolved.

You can have the imagePRESS C1 print either face up or face down depending on certain conditions.

Select COPIER>BODY(2nd level)>FDW-DLV.

Select the "face up"or "face down" delivery when specifying multiple copies.When multiple copies are
specified"face up" delivery is performed. However, this mode is provided to perform "face down"
delivery to guarantee stacking condition.( This condition is invalid if a Finisher is installed).

Setting:
0: "Face up" for all setting for one sheet of a document
1: "Face up" when specifying one copy, and "face down" when specifying multiple copies of a one sheet
document.

Note* The setting mode becomes valid after the power switch is turned OFF/ON.

Verifique se o atuador PS17 vai muito para trás, se assim que a máquina vai pensar que o papel ainda
está presente no sensor.

Ajuste o batente de placa de metal para o atuador e o problema deve ser resolvido.

 Selecione COPIER> CORPO (2º nível)> FDW-DLV.

Selecione a entrega "virado para cima" ou "virado para baixo"

No entanto, este modo é fornecido para executar "virado para baixo" de entrega para garantir
empilhamento condição. (Esta condição é válida se estiver instalado um finalizador).

Configuração:

0: "Face up" para todos cenário para uma folha de um documento

1: "Face up" ao especificar uma cópia, e "virado para baixo" ao especificar várias cópias de um
documento de uma folha.
