Order of Nirwana – CONSTITUTION OF THE 26th JUNE

NIRWANA
I. The Order of Nirwana is a ceremonial and honorary collection of any organism – inanimate
objects could be selected, though – who shall be known as “Member of the Order of
Nirwana”.
II. The Order of Nirwana is headed by the Monarch of Nirwana.
I. The latter may chose to adopt a title specific to his authority in this position.
I. A „title specific to his authority“ shall be either „Viceroy of the Order of Nirwana“.
or „Emperor of the Order of Nirwana“.
II. This individual is in no way, shape or form a Member of the Order.
III. Member can be appointed only by the Monarch of Nirwana.
IV. Upon death, the Monarch of Nirwana is automatically elevated to the Order.
I. This is not considered an appointment and thus does not follow any following rules
regarding appointment.
V. The appointment is to be found in any form of written document or acceptable and clear
other declaration or will of the Monarch of Nirwana; this automatically includes any entry,
whether text, audio or video.
VI. The appointment is effective immediately once the aforementioned declaration of
appointment is completed; this excludes unfinished entries mostly, however, if the existence
or intent of multiple parted documents of one entry are to be found, the finished declaration
or containment thereof is considered valid.
VII. The appointment is valid eternally.
VIII. The Monarch of Nirwana has the right to revoke any appointment.
I. This action nullifies the given declaration of appointment.
II. This action can include a temporary or permanent blockade.
I. This action can include annulation of any certificate or record; thus revoking the
state of ever having served as a Member at all.
III. This action does not follow any appointment by a previous Monarch of Nirwana.
IX. The Order of Nirwana was unofficially created first, however, if officially established
alongside and under the authority and jurisdiction of the 26th June Nirwana.
I. It can, however, exist independently and without the 26th June Nirwana.
I. This only can happen if the latter subject is dissolved and the respective document
does not explicitly contain the abolishment of the Order of Nirwana.
II. This action will make the last Monarch of Nirwana or heir apparent head of the
Order of Nirwana.
I. This individual can only appoint the title „Emperor of the Order of Nirwana“.
II. Any will of appointment before the establishment of the Order of Nirwana is still valid.
I. This action is even valid in the case of doubt of the exactness and form of the
declaration of appointment.
