AGREEMENTS

• The use of the à la carte membership cards and vouchers constitute acceptance of the terms
and conditions stated herewith.

• The à la carte membership card must be presented for stated discounts and privileges to be
deemed valid.

• à la carte member privileges are not extended to service charges and/or government taxes.

• The membership is by invitation and the offer of Membership Sale is restricted to permanent
residents of territories of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Negeri Sembilan only (open to all
nationalities).

• Membership purchases with false or fake addresses are considered illegal and usage of
alternative addresses that belongs to relatives, friends or acquaintances are strictly prohibited. If
the use of non-genuine addresses were to be detected, membership will be terminated
immediately, and the paid purchase fee will be forfeited, and all card and voucher benefits
permanently blocked.

• Membership benefits and voucher redemptions are valid until Dec 30, 2018 regardless of period
of purchase and no extension will be provided

beyond the stamped expiry date.

• Only one Membership per member per term and all applications must be submitted with proper
legal name.

Membership Card and Vouchers

• The membership card remains the property of à la carte and Millennium & Copthorne and must
be returned upon request.

• The membership card is strictly non-transferable and must be signed by the member to be
deemed valid

• Membership card usage is limited to one card per dining party, table, or reservation. Use of
multiple cards will not be accepted for group bookings

• Membership benefits derived from use of vouchers and / or membership card are valid on the
food only portion of the dining bill

• The member must produce a valid membership card and / or surrender the original voucher(s) to
enjoy the intended privileges

• A La Carte Main and Partner card cannot be used in the same meal period

• Advance reservation is required and use of all vouchers are subject to availability

• Transferable vouchers will only be deemed valid if all necessary information fields on the back
are completed with full particulars

• Membership benefits are valid until the expiry date as printed on the membership card and
vouchers

• Membership benefits and vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other
promotions, discounts or privileges unless otherwise stated

Accommodations

• All room rates are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes. Visit

• Reservations must be made in advance and confirmation is subject to availability

• Complimentary accommodation vouchers are valid on a Room only basis (excluding breakfast)
at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur.

• A valid membership card and accommodation voucher must be produced upon check in to
enjoy the Dining privileges.

• Membership dining privileges are strictly non-transferable and applicable at participating

establishments for dine-in only.

• Member must produce a valid membership card and / or a valid voucher to enjoy intended
privileges

• Discounts extended are based on the number of main meals per diner at the table

• Each dining member or guest is allowed to redeem only one voucher per outlet per meal period
and original voucher to be surrendered upon food order

• Vouchers bearing the same membership number, including transferable and non- transferable
vouchers, cannot be redeemed simultaneously during the same meal period, unless otherwise
stated.

• Discounts are applicable on à la carte main course or buffet meal orders and does not extend to
set menus, beverages and other promotional items

• Beverages will be entitled to a 20% discount at all participating food and beverage outlets.
Discount not valid during promotions.

Restriction of Usage

• The à la carte benefits (unless otherwise stated) are valid all year round except on the following:
The following blackout dates apply: Valentine’s Day, Mothers’ Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day,
New Year’s Eve Day, New Year’s Day (all outlets), eve of and first 3 days of Chinese New Year, first
2 days of Hari Raya Puasa and during Ramadan Evening Buffet (Mill Café only)

• Millennium & Copthorne reserves the right to include / exclude any benefits / participating
outlets during the course of the membership promotion

• Millennium & Copthorne reserves the right to restrict the usage during promotions or
promotional items

General Information

Lost or Stolen

Safe keeping of membership card is the responsibility of the member. Loss or theft of the card
must be reported immediately to à la carte. A Fee of RM100 will be charged for card replacement.
Membership vouchers will not be replaced if lost or misplaced. Membership Vouchers and
accorded benefits are strictly irreplaceable.

Cancellation

Cancellation will be honoured on unused membership only. Request should be made up to 10

working days from the date of purchase of the membership. An administration fee of RM200 will
apply. In the event that the membership benefits have been utilised, no cancellation will be
accorded.

Privacy Statement

Personal information collected by Millennium & Copthorne will not be disclosed to third parties
unless so required by law or government agencies. Millennium Copthorne may use collected data
or information for marketing purposes of business operated or owned by Millennium & Copthorne
partner product promotions. Millennium & Copthorne reserve the right to amend the terms and
conditions without prior notice. Millennium & Copthorne reserves the right to include or exclude
partners, dining outlets and benefits at discretion.
