Mercy

Mercy did a remarkable job in delivering P2P initiative which had lot of challenges in the
implementation. P2P was a huge initiative with iPhone, Android, iPad and Windows in scope. Mercy
took the ownership from the offshore for this initiative and lead the offshore team across the vendors.
There were changes in the design and functional flow as per the Business recommendation which
required parallel testing and so many controls were introduced during the course of this initiative.

She delivered with at most quality by identifying 300+ defects and being the highest number by a tester
in this initiative. The client recognized her efforts with multiple accolades testifying the value she is
bringing. She was awarded as “Centurion - Platinum Award” by the clients for logging 300 + defects. In
addition, she also provided suggestions by thinking from the customer’s perspective which were agreed
by the LOB and taken forward to the business.

In addition to delivery, Mercy came up with an idea of Education mailer series which helps to enhance
and to deepen the functionality knowledge in the App which help the juniors learn the existing
functionalities in an interactive way. This was also highly appreciated by clients.

Vivek R
Vivek was the captain of the 7.3 Regression ship. His instincts were point on when it came to allocating certain
modules/tasks to certain folks to get the work done. He was the POC to reach out to anyone from other vendor
teams. He is a pro when it comes to data conditioning and was a humongous help in getting the data to execute the
scripts without any hiccups. In addition to allocating work, giving us data, providing short KTs to all the new
resources, he also found time to execute scripts.

Handling critical efforts and gaining client trust, learning new tools to help you in day/today mobile/device validations
and always bringing value to the team. Dev and BACI partners always appreciates the skills and value you bring on

Muthulakshmi

did a great job in 7.3 Regression. I would like to thank her for her tremendous support and contribution
towards reaching 100%. No matter what the platform or module is, her execution count will always be
sky high, outrunning everyone else. Her ability to find the executable scripts and her speed in executing
are unmatchable. She has an eye for finding even the most minute issues and defects. She strives to
learn more each day.

company and delivered the product on time with high quality.

developed good understanding of the application without getting ant test cases, interacted with the
development team for developing good understanding of the functionality for the end to end execution

Dakshayini is a quick learner who learned the UK SNApp application in short span and provided
commendable support in the modules assigned to her and received many appreciations.

Dakshayini should excel in all modules of the application and try to be the SME. Should focus more on

few modules in UKSNApp and cross trained in MDA App
