constitute, and appoint MAYRE FE ESTOCAPIO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single, and with
office address at NEDA-sa-Pasig Bldg, No. 12 St. Jose Maria Escriva Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig
City, to be my own and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform any and all of the foregoing acts and things, namely:

1. To receive/claim any check or cash due me for the last salary or emoluments I may receive
