Universal Design for Learning (UDL): Students will have mobile devices to choose answers. Those that
cannot hear will be provided with a transcript and those that cannot select an answer on the tablet will be
provided with partners to assist them.

Students will have worked with the numbers zero to twenty several times in class. This will be a review
with the YouTube video at the beginning. Then students will be given the quiz to identify the numerical
representation of each number.

Briefly describe what will happen DURING the SRT activity: Students will be seated at their desks to watch
the YouTube video to review the numbers. Then they will be given time to answer the questions while the
teacher reads aloud the questions. Then, students will be reviewing the missed numbers after the quiz.

After the SRT activity, the teacher will review each question and provide students with the correct answers.
Students that do not successfully excel the quiz, they will be provided with extra individual instruction as
well as in small group.

How will the data be used? This data will be used to direct the following instruction with the numbers zero
to twenty and will group students into small group for math instruction.

Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. Students will learn to identify their numbers from zero
to twenty.

Reflective Practice: I believe that students will be able to excel at this quiz due to having a lot of experience
and reviewing prior to the assessment.
