Dicha edificación será destinada para uso de salón de reuniones y oficinas. Posee 4
niveles de altura con su techo a unos +13.00m sobre su nivel de piso. El sistema
estructural principal consta de columnas, vigas, losas nervadas y macizas de concreto
armado, elementos de acero (perfileria) y elementos compuestos con unas losas en
metaldeck y aluzinc en sus techos capaces de resistir las solicitaciones por cargas
gravitacionales y sismicas.
EL OBJETIVO
Poder determinar si la edificación y el sistema elegido por quien diseña, proporcionan la
estabilidad y seguridad ante las solicitación de servicio (Cargas gravitacionales) y los
sismos.
Revisar los datos obtenidos y compararlo con las normas y reglamentos que exige el
Ministerio de Obras Publicas y Comunicaciones, y verificando de que cumplan con las
solicitaciones mínimas de este tipo de estructuras;

CONSIDERACIONES DE DISEÑO
Para el diseño estructural se consideraron las solicitaciones laterales del sismo y viento,
las solicitaciones estáticas gravitatorias del peso muerto y muerto adicional de la
superestructura en conjunto con las cargas de servicios (vivas) asignadas.

Cargas gravitatorias
Las cargas gravitacionales fueron colocadas en la estructura como se muestran a
continuación. Estas cargas deben pasar a través de la estructura mediante los diferentes
elementos estructurales hasta llegar al suelo de fundación que fue estudiado.
