We are currently preparing a price for the above project and would be grateful to receive your quotation for
carrying out the necessary works as detailed in the attached scheme specific documents and in accordance
with the terms and conditions of our subcontract.

Your price should include for all necessary resources including labour, plant, materials and any sub-
subcontracts to carry out all the relevant works. Please submit your price along with a detailed programme
of works, a fully completed risk register and a list of any subcontractors you propose to employ in
undertaking of these works.

Your quotation should be received at the below address not later than Friday 13th December 2013, clearly
marked for the attention of the undersigned.

Please note no late submissions will be accepted and late returns will be excluded from the
tendering process.

Any technical or commercial queries should be addressed to the undersigned and in the event of you not
wishing to submit a quotation for these works please inform the same without any delay.
