Sub: - Nomination of departmental admin for e-tendering.

Ref: - (i) PCE’s Letter No. TECH/CE/IREPS/SER Dtd.22.01.2016.
(ii) Proforma for department creation on IREPS.gov.in.

As instructed for implementation of e-tendering vide PCE’s letter under reference, it is

required to create departmental admin on IREPS. The proforma for creation of departmental admin
is downloaded from IREPS website. It is required to enclose a copy of nomination letter for
departmental admin issued by competent authority.

Hence, it is requested to issue the nomination letter to the undersign so that request form
may be sent to IREPS through e-mail for generation of admin ID. The duly filled request form is
enclosed.
