Please find attached the rates for carrying out work of footpaths, TopCity -01

Terms & Conditions:

All rates are exclusive of all kinds of taxes

TOPCITY is responsible for the following work of / on SITE:

 Survey & Layout

 Provision of Electricity & lights (day & night)
 Provision of water
 Accommodation on site for 60-80 people
 Security (24/7)

Work on site will be carried out 24/7. Thus the following services will be required 24/7:

 Check Requests to be carried out with-in 30 minutes of the request being made.
 Site Engineer
 Consultant

Delays because of TOPCITY:

Any delays caused because of TOPCITY will result in the charges of our workforce as below to be paid by
TOPCITY:

Masons Rs 1400 per day

Labour Rs 800 per day

Site Engineer Rs 2500 per day

Billing & Payment:

 All measurements for billing to be taken on Tuesday of each week.

 Payments for the billed amount taken on Tuesday to be made within 10 days of the invoice.
 Mobilization Advance of Rs 1,000,000 to be paid. 10 % of mobilization advance to be deducted on
each bill till the time it is cleared.

Please bear in mind that quick payments helps us make further payments which results in smooth
running of our project without any disruptions.

AOB:

 Workforce will be on site within 72 hours of signing of contract and mobilization advance.
