(EXAMINATION DIVISION) ALIGARH MUSLIM UNIVERSITY ALIGARH-202 002 NOTICE Subject: The last date for filling in the Examination Forms of Even Semester Examinations for Private candidates (Non-Teaching Employees of AMU / Teacher / Woman Candidate), ‘The Private candidates intending to appear at the Even Semester (LIAV/VI Semester) examinations (exeept CBCS Semester Examination) of Graduate / Post Graduate Courses during the current Academic Session ie. 2017-2018 are required to fill in the preseribed Examination Form which may be downloaded from the following website: Wwww.amucontrollerexams.com The last date for submission of the Examination Forms is 16 Form will be entertained after last date. Form will be entertained after last date, Candidates are advised to submit their Examination Forms (along with the Bank Challan (SBI AMU Branch) M.O. Receipt of Examination Fee Rs. 200/-paid) complete in all respect on or before the above specified date. Candidates are also advised to ensure their eligibility for appearing at the examinations before submitting the forms. Examination Forms of ineligible candidates shall not be considered and they will not be allowed to appear in the examinations ‘The Examination Forms of Teacher Candidates shall be sent to the Examination Division certified by the Head of the recognized Institution in which the Candidate is working as a teacher and countersigned by the District Inspector of Schools / Basic Education Officer / Zonal Education Officer, as the case may be. Forms not certified and countersigned by the above Officers shall not be entertained. Candidates are also advised to submit theit Examination Forms along with the attested photo copies of the required documents and two self addressed envelopes of 22em10em affixing stamp of Rs, 35/- on each envelope for future communication.
