When I approached the stene I observed that ther ‘were two children on the ground being attended to by EMS and Fire. I chen ealled for a supervisor to respond. {then directed other officers o put erime stene tape up until we knew the status of the injured pedestrians. 1 did not have my body camera because it was at the station downloading video. OMfcer Burgett had his body camers ‘which caught part ofthe incident. Officer Garcia's body worn camera was on and caught the incident on video. Officer Garcia was across the street from my Tocation and Marshall could be heard and scen yelling in my face, Set. Lowry responded tothe scene and went to talk to Marshall, Set Lowry listened to what Marshall had to say and thea {ried to explain what Id told him, Marsball became upset and said "I don't give a fuck what she nave." Sgt Lowry went to walk away, 50 there was not another incident. As Sg. Lowry walked! away Marshall tried to charge Set.
