Mobile Pond
PCI Manufacturing’s Mobile Pond is built according to a rigorous standard, fully inspected and tested to ensure that every weld,
connection plate and paint finish is the best in the industry.
With a 30% smaller site footprint and easier mobilization and
de-mobilization, the Mobile Pond saves you time and
manpower when compared to setting up mobile frac tanks,
allowing you to get your portable fluid storage units up and
operating in 6–12 hours. Additional savings is realized with
minimal permitting, less road impact (93% fewer trucks than
comparable mobile steel tanks), heating in only the most
extreme temperatures and potential fines associated with
leaking tank connections.
PCI’s Mobile Pond doesn’t completely eliminate the need for
the standard mobile frac tanks but can significantly reduce the number of tanks needed on site, saving valuable time and resources.

500-bbl Easy-Clean Mud Tanks
PCI Manufacturing’s easy-clean round-bottom mud tanks allow quick and easy operator access to facilitate tank cleanout. The full-
length walkway allows access to all five oversized cleanout hatches. This access will allow the operator to remain inside the confines
of the handrails while still performing the required cleaning operations. When the operator must step outside the handrails, the
handrails provide numerous tie-off points to ensure personnel safety.

500-bbl Acid Tanks
As purpose-built frac tanks that handle corrosive fluids during fracking, each acid tank features Carboline® 380 lining to withstand
the fluid's harsh effects. PCI's processes for installing the lining includes multiple inspections before and after installation, with all
liners mil- and spark-tested to ensure a long-lasting uniform coverage.
These acid tanks can be built with either stainless steel ball valves or stainless butterfly valves; all have Viton® rubber seals at valves
and manways.

400-bbl Cold-Weather, Double-Wall Tank
PCI Manufacturing’s cold-weather tanks are built for endurance. With
double walls on five sides, these round-bottom tanks feature single-unit
secondary containment. This tank allows you to breathe easy knowing
that any breach of the inner tank would be automatically contained, as
mandated by most DEQ requirements. Fabricated with special, cold-
weather steel, this unit performs, even in extreme sub-Artic
temperatures.

130-bbl Vacuum Transports
PCI Manufacturing’s 130-bbl standard vacuum trailers are a solid offering in the company’s product line. Standard features include
three-point suspension, two-speed crank landing legs and ¼" ASTM A36, sub-arced steel barrel; each barrel is fully gusseted and
padded to withstand the rigors of both on and off road.
No need to worry about stepping over hoses or through mud—PCI’s vacuum
trailer allows easy access from the ground to the upper walkway. The long

140-bbl Lightweight Vacuum Transport
The 140-bbl lightweight trailer (14,600 lb) has the same great look of our 130-bbl standard trailer with more capacity and lightweight
trim. Standard features include air ride suspension, two-speed crank landing legs and ASTM A36 3/16" sub-arced steel barrel, fully
gusseted and padded to withstand the rigors of both on and off road.
To keep the weight of the trailer low, PCI offers a standard side entry ladder to the center manway, full width aluminum hose
troughs and aluminum rear fenders/closures. The long wedge sump offers room for 4-inch and 6-inch loading lines, giving you all the

130-bbl Gel Trailer
PCI Manufacturing’s 130-bbl standard gel trailers are the latest in the company’s expanding product line. Standard features
include three-point suspension, two-speed crank landing legs and ¼" ASTM A36, sub-arced steel barrel; each barrel is fully
gusseted and padded to withstand the rigors of both on and off road.
No need to worry about stepping over hoses or through mud—PCI’s gel trailer allows easy access from the ground to the
upper walkway. The long wedge sump connects directly to the 5 × 4 × 14" Mission pump that is hydraulically driven from
your truck's wet kit.

Kill trucks haul various oilfield-related fluids to kill or control the flow of oil and gas
wells. PCI Manufacturing’s 130-bbl kill trailers offer shorter, full-width hose troughs;
sight tubes on each compartment; and a crow's nest-style platform. Dual venting
options allow low set pressure/reliefs for each compartment, and customers can
choose to replace the vents with 4" butterfly open valves. Standard features include

Hose and cable reels make handling any coiled product safer, more
efficient, and will protect manufactured products during transportation.
These reels are designed and built to allow multiple uses in a variety of
industries. Hose reels help keep coiled products clean, organized, safe from
damage and increase productivity by ensuring hoses, cords, cabling, etc.,
are quickly and easily dispersed once or repeatedly. The reels are used
during manufacturing, transportation, storage, dispersement and retraction
of the product.
PCI will design a reel to suit your needs, regardless of the application. These
can include power lines, gas lines, fiber-optic cabling, hoses (lay-flat, round,
air, water), etc. PCI Mfg. can design any size or model to suit a customer's

Custom-built to customer specs, PCI's H-brace gates are built from 2” to 8” pipe in
various styles, from 1 to 3 and 4 cross bars. All H-braces are inset 3' in the ground,
leaving 5' above ground, unless otherwise specified. Regular fencing H-braces are 6'
wide.
All flex H-braces have the unique ability to flex to any angle wider or tighter than 90
degrees (including high-game).The gussets vary from ¼" to ½", depending on the pipe
size specified by the customer, and the gates are 12' wide (created in two 6' sections).

Mud Shakers
Designed to facilitate mud release from tires before entering public roads while preventing the egress of
livestock or large game, PCI’s Mud Shakers are framed with 10” × 12-lb I-beam with 4½” pipe for the grille. The
Mud Shakers are 7’ wide units that interconnect to assemble to any length required.

Built out of the same 10" 12-lb I-beam frame as the cattle
guards with 4½" inch pipe as the grille. The grille is spaced
further apart on these products to better facilitate mud release
from tires. All connector plates are ½" steel hinged on a piece of
3 x 3 x ¼" square tubing that runs the length of the shaker. The
connectors allow the shakers to be installed on uneven ground
and engineered such that only standard tools are required for
installation.

Toggle/Weir Gates*
Re-locatable containment gates used to regulate the release or capture of water or accidental spills from oil and gas pad
sites. These units are designed to be buried in an earthen berm built around an oil pad location. They will allow the
retention of rainwater and give the producer a means of controlling the release of rain or accidental spills.

runoff and accidental spills. These gates are 3' tall and equipped with a safety bar that has a
double latch. The wingnut lid is a standard, 22" manway with 6 wingnuts, engineered to withstand Weir Gate, Wingnut Lid
extreme water pressure; these lids are built to the same standard as oilfield equipment. The
frames for all weir gate styles are made of ¼" steel plate and custom-painted. The safety latch is
created from 1" sucker rod attached by a ⅜" chain with a ⅜" bolt welded to the base of the gate.
