Marriage with different religion

There were two couples named Tristan Alejandro and Staciana Chiu. Tristan is a Muslim
while Staciana is a Catholic. They have known each other since High School. Tristan wants
to live with Staciana happily ever after, after that they got engaged. One day Staciana was
able to ask or to talk to her fiancé that she wants Tristan to change his religion to Catholic
from Muslim. Tristan lives his life with 5 wives including Staciana but Stacia doesn’t want
to belong her life with Tristan living with 5 wives, she wants to live with Tristan but he has
to separate with them because they are living their married life with 1 lovely pair of twins.
Tristan doesn’t want to end his relationship to his wives. So throughout that circumstances
they had encountered, Staciana was able to accepr his husband about his religion, but they
are still obliged to raised their twins in a proper way. And they live happily after as what
Tristan wants to happen with his life even if they had 5 wives.
Canon Law:

(1) Canon 1127 S1 – “the Catholic party contracts marriage with non-Catholic party
of a oriental rite”

In this law, Tristan and Staciana was able to get married even if one of them is non-Catholic
but still manage to show and act what love is.

(2) Canon 1128 – “Local ordinaries and other pastors of souls are to see to it that the
Catholic spouse and the children born of a mixed marriage are without the spiritual
help to fulfill their obligations”

Throughout their situation each of them are still oblgiged and has the right to raised well
the kids even if it is born with mixed marriage.

(3) Canon 1135 – “Each spouse has an equal obligation and right to do all their power
to ensure their children’s physical, social, cultural, moral and religious
upbringing”

They share common properties but the husband has 5 wives so it is divided to all his wives
not just Staciana and Tristan but all of them.
(4) Canon 1143 – “Pauline privilege – a marriage entered into by two unbaptized
person is dissolved in favor of the faith of the party who received baptism”

The girl is unwilling to change her religion to Catholic from Muslim, so she really
wants that Tristan will be separated to his other wives. So if the girl wants to leave
Tristan she is free to marry another man.
