Q20 Areas that require the student teacher's corrective action.

The only area where Ashia can improve upon is being aware of the rest of the class while working in small groups. Experience and
practice is the only way to continue to grow in this area. It's easy to stay focused on the small group and forget to constantly check that
the other students are on task and working independently.

Q21 Areas in which the student teacher has demonstrated excellence.

Ashia has thoroughly planned and taught all lessons over the last few weeks. She has taken copious anecdotal notes on the students
during math and reading groups, and has used data to guide her instruction. Ashia wants to continue to grow as she seeks out
constructive criticism from other educators. Ashia finds age appropriate books to read aloud that directly relate to our class and
correlate with our classroom experiences. She has created review games on Kahoot and remediated students based on that data. The
class enjoys working with Ashia and will miss her after she moves on to her next placement.
