Unit Summary:
I will lecture on certain topics and develop a level foundation in all students about different types of numbers and their closures. This will include lectures as
well as class discussions. Then I’ll move to polynomials and everything polynomial. Students will complete worksheets to show they understand the concepts.
Eventually I will begin to lecture on LaTex and possibly use powerpoint for detailed explanations as well as visuals of what is to be expected when using these
programs. Possibly some easier introduction assignments during the unit to get the students’ feet wet so that they’ll know how to use the codes when it comes
time for their final assignment.
