    In collaboration with the on-going research of the Electrical Engineering Department, we, the
    undersigned graduating students of the Bicol University are assigned to gather data regarding
    the suspended particulates in air in the key cities of Region V namely Tabaco, Legazpi, Ligao,
    Iriga, Naga, Sorsogon and Masbate.

    In line with this, may we respectfully request that we be allowed to gather data and conduct a
    study on total suspended particulates in the aforementioned cities. We sincerely assure your
    good office that the data will be used for academic purposes only.
