Sergio Vacca
Sergio Vacca SCOR-P, CSCP Italian, is an independent
Supply Chain Management Consultant since 2015
and expert trainer, coaching managers and teams and
supporting organizations to improve their performances.
His activities span from operational excellence to Lean,
TPM and overall E2E BPR and improvement, problem
solving and technical leadership development, always
bringing teams to practice with “hands on”. The
preferred business sectors are FMCG, Pharma, Food and
Chemical, but also Distribution companies and Luxury.
Sergio has previously worked for the Procter & Gamble
Co. from 1985 to 2001 in H&BC, F&HC and Paper
businesses with progressing responsibilities in plant
manufacturing including unit start up’s, organization
development, logistics, category demand planning
and supply planning in Italy, Germany, Belgium and
Switzerland and then for the LVMH Group from 2001
to 2014 as global Supply Chain Planning Senior Director

On top of consultancy, he is certified APICS Instructor,
teaching and coaching on SCOR Professional (SCOR-P),
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and CPIM
BSCM with a long-lasting experience as member of the
European Leadership team of the ASCC – APICS Supply
Chain Council since 2005, when he joined as volunteer
member of the TDSC – Technical Development Steering
Committee for the structuring and enhancement of the
SCOR model framework. He is also adjunct faculty at
the Rome University international MScBA in the Supply
Chain practice, specifically on SCOR and has taught SCM
in various European academic institutions as lecturer.
He seats as VP of Education at the CSCMP – Council of
Supply Chain Professionals-Italy and Switzerland Round
Table and is Six Sigma qualified. Holds a Master degree
in Chemical Engineering. Sergio has joined LEORON as

6. Complaints and Refunds Procedure

7. Force Majeure
LEORON PDI shall not be liable to the clients or be deemed to be in breach of any agreement it has concluded
with them for any delay in performing or failure to perform any of the LEORON PDI’s obligations in respect of
the services if the delay or failure was due to any cause such as war, warlike activities, fire, storm, explosion,
national emergency, labor dispute, strike, lock-out, civil disturbance, actual or threatened violence by any
terrorist group, newly enacted law or regulation or any other cause not within the control of LEORON PDI.
8. Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws and Regulations of the Au-
thority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
