it can demand more.
Every training program must attend to a series of elements: nutrition, practices that
avoid fatigue, training processes and learning of specific sports techniques.
Physical training serves to improve the quality of life in general, improves the
cardiovascular system, aerobic endurance, lung capacity, optimizes the use of
energy by the body, strengthens muscles, helps to lose weight and prevent diseases.

Physical training is very useful for almost anyone, but before starting any plan or
