Present simple To conjugate the present simple we use the infinitive
for the subjects "I", "you", "we" and "them" for the
third persons "he", "she" and "he", we add a "-s" at the
end of the verb.

Frequency
adverbs Frequency adverbs are used to describe the frequency

STRUCTURE.
1. If the sentence has a verb (not an auxiliary
verb), place the adverb of frequency after the
subject and before the verb.
EXAMPLE
Diana usually calls after dinner.
2. If the sentence has the verb "to be", place the
adverb of frequency after the verb "be".
EXAMPLE
Rachel is often at her office early in the morning.
3. If the sentence has more than one verb (of
 which one is auxiliary), place the adverb of
frequency before the main verb.
EXAMPLE
I can never do anything when my kid is sick.
4. When we use the adverbs of frequency in
questions or in the negative form, place the
adverb of frequency before the main verb.

EXAMPLE
Do you usually brush your teeth after each meal?
5. When you answer a question, usually the
frequency adverb is placed at the beginning
followed by a comma, unless your answer is
more complete.

breakfast then I just get ready and leave at 7 am from my house to go to work, at 12.30 I
go out for lunch and then 4.30 I leave work to go pick up my wife in his office we buy what
is necessary in the house and we pick up our children at schoolwhen we get home I help
