Dear Participant:

On behalf of the Auxiliaries In Ministry (AIM) Convention Planning Committee, of the Jurisdiction of
Southwestern Florida Church of God in Christ, Inc. I would like to invite you to be one of the vendor
participants during this annual convention. This year there is a hall allotted to vendors such as yourself to
enable you to network and acquire more revenue with visitors, guests, and members of the jurisdiction.

This convention anticipates 2,000 delegates and guests who will gather together nightly for services. With
the amount of attendees and guests that are a part of this convention; this would give your business the
opportunity to generate new customers.

For a nominal fee of a WEEKLY RATE: $150 or $35/night

You will be provided a table or area for you in our climate controlled facility.

The convention dates are Monday, June 4th thru Friday, June 8th, 2018. Services begin each night at 7:00pm;
held at Brown Memorial Church of God in Christ 2313 E. 27th Avenue Tampa, FL 33605. If you find that
these dates are feasible and you would like to participate as a vendor, please fill out the enclosed form and
return by June 1, 2018.

1. AIM Convention hours: Monday-Tuesday, June 4th, June 5th 7:00pm-11:00pm. Wednesday-Thursday,
June 6th, 7th 7:00pm-12:00 midnight Friday, June 8th 7:00pm-midnight____
2. All items to be sold are subject to approval by the AIM Committee. ____
3. Vendor space-- Vendors are available to begin setup at 7:00PM, with completion by 11:00 PM unless
otherwise stated. The vendor is responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, cleaning and
dismantling of the booth. The vendor shall maintain a clean and safe operation for the full duration of the
event. The vendor shall clean up booth site and remove or dispose of trash by 11:00 PM. ____
4. Vendors must receive AIM Committee approval for all items displayed/sold. Approval will be emailed
to vendor indicating approved items. Display/sales of unapproved items may be cause to dismiss vendor
from Event grounds. NOTE: AIM Staff reserves the right to close your booth for any reason that may be
potentially harmful. ____
5. Registration fees are non-refundable. The AIM event will be held rain or shine, however, if weather
conditions are extremely unfavorable, Event officials may cancel all activities and registration refunds will
then be made. ____
6. Vendor signature on the Vendor Participation Agreement indicates acceptance of the participation
guidelines. ____

7. No application will be processed without FULL payment of registration fee and this signed
document. Vendor space is limited. ____
8. By participating in this event, the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Jurisdiction of
Southwestern Florida, Brown Memorial COGIC, AIM Convention Staff, and their Board members,
directors, members, sponsors, officers, agents, staff and employees from any and all liability for
damage, or loss to any goods for any reason, as well as bodily injury. The Vendor understands that
he/she is an independent party and is solely responsible for their booth space and operation, and that
AIM Convention is solely providing a place for the vendor to conduct their business. ____

READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS EVENT.
