Applied Machine Learning focus group application form.

This is an application form we request all the potential students for our in-class training to fill.
The focus group will have a classroom experience taught by our primary instructor/teacher for
the course. We expect our focus group members to be fully committed to finishing our course
work and to attend all the classes in person. The competition for this classroom teaching will be
