Yes the therapie of The Paresis of the N.Laryng sup is different to the Läsion of the N.L
Recurrens

There is only the possibility of Conservative Voice Therapie, that is:

1. Breathing Therapie like the P.N. Recurrence to longer the Expression and to train
the support

2. Make lax Vox Therapie 8x 4 min ( Chestvoice) and tray to do a little bit Glissando
up, without pressure

Now the special Therapie “Kruse Übungen”

1.Press in and make a sound as high you can, hold it and make a slowly retroflexion of
the head, normaly the sound goes down at the maneuver, becourse the Distance
between larynx and Cricoide opens and the Vocal Fold are forced to go town while
Retroflexing the head

But!!!! Try to hold the hight sound as high and as long you can while Retroflexing the
Head, that is “Bodybuilding” of the Musculus cricothyroideus ( extern Vocalis Muscle )
and stimulates the Nervi laryngei superior on both side. Do that 5 to 8 Times per day (
each 1-2 Min) then Lax Vox 8x 4 min

How do you relax your vocal cords?
Sit in a position that allows your neck & shoulders to relax but keep your back straight. Breathe
in gently through the nose. Stick your tongue out of your mouth, past the teeth & lower lip, in
preparation to exhale. This forward stretch of the tongue helps to open the airway at the vocal
cords
