Executive Summary

The project site is located in COP Nerkh. The purpose of the project “Construction of ten
(10) living Pre-Engineered Building” is to provide living facility within the COP Nerkh
to the U. S Army. The approximate size of the PEB will be 40 feet X 16 feet. The project
needs to be design in first phase. SBS will design the PEBs, the design will be approved
from the Contracting Officer. After approval of design, the US Government will provide
a location for the new PEB. SBS will construct the designed PEB accordingly.
The Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) will be jointed containers, the top and base frame
will be made of cold formed quality steel interconnected by welding; similarly corner
pillars will be of the same material, the top and base corners will meet ISO standards and
the frames will be connected to corner pillars with bolts. SBS will deliver the containers
with all necessary materials and tools to be a complete and usable product.

Initially SBS will provide site preparation on the COR provided location for PEBs. After
site is ready for construction SBS will provide Reinforced Concrete Strip Footers for the
PEB. All reinforcing steel used in concrete footings will consist of #4 deformed steel bar.
The Reinforced Concrete Strip Footers will be installed accordingly. After the footers are
properly installed the SBS will start work on the construction of Pre-Engineered
Building.

The main features of the building will include:

Painting and rust protection, Walls, Doors, Floor, Roof, there will be window installed
in the PEB.
The design and construction will meet and be constructed in accordance with current
U. S codes; construction will at least meet the following international codes for
construction:

♦ IBC, International Building Code NFPA 70, National Electrical Code
(NEC)NFPA 101, Life Safety Code UFC 4-010-01, DoD Minimum Anti-
Terrorism Standards for Buildings.

The electrical systems will be installed on all PEBs in accordance with drawings,
similarly all the electrical installation will be in accordance with NEC 2008. All electrical
works will be US Standard 120/208V 60 Hz. Breakers/Boxes will be Square D or
equivalent. SBS will install all HVAC units according the drawings and specification.

For security reasons SBS will submit to inspection of personnel and equipment prior to
entering base perimeter. SBS will make reasonable effort to screen personnel to eliminate
security threats.

SBS will clean up all waste oil, fuel, and hazardous waste spills immediately. SBS will
clean up the work site at the end of every work day and upon project completion,
including the removal of all debris and refuse from the site, to the satisfaction of the
COR.
Upon completion the PEB will be a fully functional, equipped with all necessary
facilities.
