Program Plan for United Voices of Brockton, MA
We have created and implemented a program plan using mindfulness based techniques in order
to help reduce stress. Data was conducted in order to create a lesson plan(s) specific to the
United Voices Youth Group of Brockton’s’ needs. Overall the program was a success and the
Youth Group suggested that they use the stress reduction techniques they were taught outside
of the program atmosphere.

Media Kit
Created a media kit (an information packet) which included the promotion and the launch of a
new company. This included a letter of introduction, information on the company (fact sheets),
press publications / articles, several news releases, and a news story.
