In the event furthermore of failure to pay this promissory note on the agreed term/s, I commit to
assign or subrogate my rights to have the amount deducted from whatever amounts due me from whatever

I testify that I shall have committed myself to be guilty of estafa and violation of BP 22 should I fail to
pay this loan in accordance with the agreed terms.

I also waive the Notice of Demand for collection meaning the creditor can go straight to the court
without demanding payment and that if collection is effected through the court or any other forum, the
debtor agrees to pay the cost of collection including attorney’s fee which shall not be less than 20% of
principal amount.
