Mission: to allow an equal opportunity for artists to provide a voice and platform to create
& learn theatre arts with a focus on social issues.
Vision: Artists of every gender, race and religion are welcomed to create productions
based on human struggles through theatre arts, designs, and outreach

Position: We will provide shows that will expand discussion on social issues.
People: 20s-30s are our target audience--open minded and up and coming actors/playwrights
Promotion: Facebook ads and email blasts/ Newsletters/ Pay what you can night/

Objective: Provide equal opportunity for all artists and to present a perspective that isn’t often
shown.
Strategy: Focus our seasons on specific themes, be inclusive in hiring and casting artists,
Goals:
Enlighten the Seattle audiences about a social issue by presenting and producing shows
centering around these ideologies.
Fundraising:
Second Wednesday of every month we will do an improv open mic night fundraiser.

-seeks to gain a positive image and awareness for the company

-Facilitates the scheduling time of all events
-Follow up on special request such as committee chairs
