2 Are the ducts cement painted on all sides ?
3 Are the gratings provided in the gap between
toilet wall & slab ?
4 Are the ducts cleaned & free from rabbit ?
5 Are the grills of ventilation window of duct
fixed properly ?
F) Plumbing & Sanitation :-
1 Are all C.P. fittings fixed properly with no gap
between flange & wall ?
2 Are all C.P. fittings fixed at proper height as
per the drawing ?
3 Is there any leakage from taps / other C.P.
fixtures ?
4 Is flush value fitted exactly at right angle ?
5 Is the pressure in flush value sufficient for
flushing the W.C.
6 Is the nahani trap cleaned from dust, rabbit ?
7 Is the nahani trap fitted with floor trap ?
8 Is the chemical waterproofing done in the gap
between nahani trap & F.F.L. ?
9 Is there pressure to all taps & shower ?
10 Is the aerator of Basin mixer cleaned from dirt ?
11 Is the P-trap of w/c property cleaned ?
12 Are you sure there is no leakage between
P-trap & W/c ?
13 Is the W/C pan fitted property, leaving no gap

for atleast 5 minutes ?

32 Is the SWR line leakage free ?

G) Electrification :-
1 Is individual meters allotted to the flat ?
