Hijo de Philip Alan Walker y de Hilda Omdal Walker, nació el 24 de agosto de 1997 en
Northampton (Inglaterra) actualmente tiene 21 años y con dos años de edad, se trasladó junto
a sus padres a Bergen, Noruega.

En 2012, inspirado en los productores K-391 y Ahrix,1 que había descubierto en YouTube, y los
compositores Steve Jablonsky y Hans Zimmer, empezó a crear su propia música con su
ordenador portátil.

En 2014 compuso Faded, canción que subió a su canal de Youtube1 y llamó la atención de
algunas personas, entre ellas el sello discográfico NoCopyrightSounds (NCS) con el que firmó
un contrato. NoCopyrightSounds lanzó Faded en su canal de Youtube el 19 de noviembre de
2014, consiguiendo un gran éxito y recibiendo más de 200 millones de reproducciones.3 Le
siguieron las canciones Spectre y Force en 2015.4

En 2015 firmó con la compañía discográfica Sony Music Entertainment (SME). Su primera
canción con Sony Music Suecia fue: Faded, una versión vocal y remasterizada de Faded, con la
voz de la cantante Iselin Solheim y contenía la versión instrumental. Faded fue lanzado el 3 de
diciembre de 2015 y a las pocas semanas del lanzamiento empezó a liderar las primeras
posiciones de algunas listas europeas.5 Se convirtió en su mayor éxito hasta la fecha, llegando
a acumular más de 1000 millones de reproduciones en Youtube. Dos meses después, lanzó la
versión acústica de Faded titulada Faded (Restrung).6

El 2 de junio de 2016 lanzó Sing Me to Sleep,7 de nuevo con la colaboración de la cantante

Iselin Solheim, con una versión instrumental. Posteriormente, también ha lanzado tres
remixes, uno de la canción de Coldplay "Hymn for the Weekend", otro de la canción de Cash
Cash & Digital Farm Animals "Millionaire (ft. Nelly)" y otro de la canción de Sia "Move Your
Body". El 1 de diciembre de 2016 lanzó su nuevo sencillo Alone.8 Ésta última en colaboración
con la cantante Noonie Bao. Más tarde, se lanzó una versión remix instrumental y una versión
acústica titulada Alone (Restrung).

El 18 de mayo de 2017, lanzó su nuevo Tired, que cuenta con la voz del cantante irlandés Gavin
James.

and a few weeks after the launch approached the top positions of some European lists.5 It
became its biggest success to date, reaching more than 1000 million views on YouTube. Two
months later, he released the acoustic version of Faded entitled Faded (Restrung) .6

On June 2, 2016, he released Sing Me to Sleep, 7 again with the collaboration of singer Iselin
Solheim, with an instrumental version. Subsequently, he also has three remixes, one from the
Coldplay song "Hymn for the weekend", another from the Cash Cash & Digital Farm Animals
song "Millionaire (ft. Nelly)" and another from the Sia song "Moves" your body". On December
1, 2016 he released his new single Alone.8 The latter in collaboration with singer Noonie Bao.
Later, an instrumental remix version and an acoustic version titled Alone (Restricted) were
released.

On May 18, 2017, released to the new Tired, which features the voice of Irish singer Gavin
James.
