Supply and install the following, including excavation, backfilling of Soil Mix as specified or as shown,
staking , addition of fertilisers, watering, mulching with 50 mm approved mulch, all as specified and all
other maintenance required up to Main Contract Completion Date.

Rates are to be inclusive of tree pits 1500 x 1500 x 1000 mm deep for Semi-Mature Trees and 1000 x
1000 x 1000 for all other sizes unless otherwise specified or shown, backfilled with the relevant quality
Soil Mix as specified or shown on drawings.
Note : The Landscape Contractor to allow for topping up of soil due to settlement after planting, and for
the adjustment and correction of the angle any tree that tilts, and for the adjustment of tree-ties to stakes
as required to prevent damage to tree trunks.
