Social Perspective
- Respect the view of the historic monument view.
- The shape of the building is shaped to avoid the view of the saint paul cathedral.
- So, to achieve the floor area, the facility move the north core in the pre-fabricated
module fully loaded with pipe work, electric, plumbing and floor plate. ( pre-
fabricated modular).
- Glazing. Serburous, mono-rail platform system, and an hoist (20 panels a day)
because, it lean shape.
- Lean during construction designed. (world first) active alignment. Because the load
is on the north side so, the designer design the building to lean to the north duing
errection then, remove the high of the south side for an inch to make the structure
stand straight.
- Every services at the top to save the space area. Genuis idea but tuff to executed.
Without the 3d model it is impposble to fit everything at the top.
