Floor cooling system

Please find attached herewith the typical section for floor cooling system. The insulation layer is
typically 30mm and the screed layer 75mm, therefore the system depth is 105mm on top of the
slab. In some cases the screed can be reduced to 65mm so that the total depth is 95mm

As an approximate, price of a floor cooling system is 15 RO/m2, this includes, PE-foil, mesh,
pipe fixation, pipe, manifold and connections.

Insulation is usually sourced locally at approximately 3 RO/m2 (delivered to site), however this
can increase or decrease depending on thickness and specification.

For water and room control either supplied by ourselves or local BMS partner (depending on the
project requirements) is approximately 2 RO €/m2.
