1 General
1.1 BSSE scope of work. BSSE
- Prepare 3D model.
- Modelling of steel beams
- Issue of Erection Drawings and WSD
1.2 Data exchange through .FTP server.
1.3 Beams to be modelled with respect to interfaces. Details from project material to be
respected.
1.4 Line of communication.
All communication from BSSE to KSB with cc to ETI.
All communication from K+I to CB and cc to JH.
CB to inform if others are to be included on mail list.
2 Status of RFI
2.1 BSSE to use internal technical log for queries.
2.2 Official RFIs to be used for questions outside K+I / BSSE.
BSSE can prepare RFI and KSB forward to NCC.

3.1 Plan drawings and details to be used. Priority to model welded steel beams (RED and
BLUE).
3.2 Composite beams are on hold.

5.1 Programme to be created.
To be divded after levels and beam types.
- Level 00 – welded steel beams (RED and BLUE)
- Level 00 – welded steel beams (GREEN)
- Level 01 – welded steel beams and columns (RED, BLUE, MAGNETA)
- Level 01 – welded steel beams (GREEN)
- Level 02-ROOF – welded steel beams (RED, BLUE)
- Level 02-ROOF – welded steel beams (GREEN)
5.2 First steel beams to be delivered on site in week 19 according to construction BSSE
programme. Priority on level 00 to send to workshop.
5.3 Programme to be discussed at next meeting.
5.4 BSSE to provide an estimate for time of 3D model completed for steel beams in level 00 BSSE
(RED) and estimate for WSD for same.
6 Variations and finance
6.1 BSSE to provide a proposal for fixed price. BSSE
