KAPL CELEBRATES ITS 25TH ANNIVERSARY
Krishna Antioxidants Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has successfully crossed the 25-year benchmark.

Founded by Mr. Krishna Gupta & Mr. Anil Gupta in 1991, the company is now one of the leading manufacturers of speciality
chemicals in India. KAPL’s silver jubilee celebration took place on 19th December 2016 to which veterans of the industry were
invited. On the occasion, the company attributed its success to its people who contributed to its development through an
award ceremony where long-term employees were felicitated. The event concluded with a speech by Group Managing
Director, Mr. Anil H. Gupta.

“KAPL which started off as a modest project way back in 1991, has flourished today into an enterprise that embodies strong
values. We believe humility, integrity and transparency are the key traits that have contributed to our growth and we will
continue to follow our core values. I wish to convey my sincere appreciation to all our members for their relentless efforts &
selfless contribution towards our success and look forward to their continued support as we journey forward into the next 25
years,” said Mr. Anil H. Gupta.

KAPL constructed state-of-the-art toilets and installed clean drinking water facilities in Jeevan Beema Nagar Education Society
School, as part of the cleanliness drive initiated by the company to celebrate the 25 years milestone. Mr. Krishna Gupta,
Technical Director, KAPL commented, “The main objective behind the initiative was to develop appropriate health and hygiene
behavior in the children and secure a healthy school environment which is important for both learning and health”.

We manufacture a wide range of phosphite, phenolic and aminic antioxidants / heat
stabilizers employed in the manufacturing of synthetic rubber, thermoplastic rubber,
polyolefins and styrenic polymers. Our antioxidants provide excellent thermal stability,
low discoloration and high hydrolysis resistance in white and light-colored elastomeric
compounds.

These are employed as cost effective, non-staining and non-discoloring antioxidants

for white/colored/transparent rubber products and also find application as stabilizers
for synthetic elastomers, thermoplastics, nonionic surfactants etc.

wide range of emulsifiers, wetting agents, dispersants
in the pesticide/fungicide and insecticide
formulations, committed to increasing crop

CASTOR OIL DERIVATIVES
Castor Oil Derivatives are products based on
renewable resources. CRISTOLTM range of Castor oil
derivatives have applications in various industries.
As a solvent in agrochemicals, as an additive in
personal care products and a biopolyol, Castor Oil
has multiple uses.
This chemically modified formulation has a USP of
high thermal stability and is biodegradable.
INKS AND COATINGS
We manufacture a variety of stabilizers, curing agents,
dispersing agents as well as solvents to help improve
the overall performance of virtually every kind of
coating product in the ink and coating industry.
CRISTOLTM surface-active agents (surfactants) provide
properties that are necessary to wet, disperse and
suspend pigments in coating formulations effectively
rendering a superior performance edge.
PERSONAL CARE

distinctive & environmentally biodegradable
range of preservatives and stabilizers for
personal care.
We manufacture refined grade of castor oil, which
is; resistant to oxidation, odorless & tasteless.
This emollient is a staple item in the formulation
of personal care products bearing excellent
lubricating properties.
POLYOLS FOR POLYURETHANE FOAM
Polyurethane (PUR) is one of the most versatile polymer that has
demonstrated its applications over a wide range. Polyol is one of the essential
raw material for synthesis of Polyurethanes. Polyols are mainly classified as
polyether based and polyester based. They are tailor made as per the desired
backbone in resultant PU by reaction of glycerin, ethylene glycol,
pentaerythritol and sucrose with ethylene oxide / propylene oxide to form
polyether polyol & with dibasic acid these monomers are reacted to form
polyester polyol.

CRISTOLTM Offers Polyols for both Flexible and Rigid PU foams with finer cell
structure, improved tear resistance, high resilience and superior hardness.
Rigid PU foam imparts better load bearing properties, superior substrate
adhesion and excellent insulation.
SURFACTANTS AND SPECIALITY PRODUCTS
CRISTOLTM offers a wide variety of surfactants for applications in agro industry, textile,
inks and coatings, synthetic rubber, etc. Our surfactant product range includes high
