II. MANAGEMENT ASPECTS

A. Type of Organization

An organization is a social unit of people that is structured and managed

to meet a need or to pursue collective goals. All organizations have a

management structure that determines relationships between the different

activities and the members, and subdivides and assigns roles, responsibilities,

and authority to carry out different tasks. Organizations are open systems — they

affect and are affected by their environment. The type organizational structure of

Root ’97 Manufacturing Company is a functional organizational structure.

B. Organizational Structure

A functional structure is one of the most common organizational structures.

Under this structure, the organization groups employees according to a

specialized or similar set of roles or tasks. While functional structures operate

well in stable environments where business strategies are less inclined to

changes or dynamism, the level of bureaucracy makes it difficult for

organizations to respond to changes in the market quickly. It organizes the

activities of a business around areas of specialization. This approach involves a

considerable amount of process standardization within a business, with the real

Organizational structure is a system that consists of explicit and implicit

institutional rules and policies designed to outline how various work roles and

responsibilities are delegated, controlled and coordinated. Organizational structure also

determines how information flows from level to level within the company. For example,

in a centralized structure, decisions flow from the top down, while in a decentralized

structure, the decisions are made at various levels.

Organizational structure is a system used to define a hierarchy within an

organization. It identifies each job, its function and where it reports to within the

organization. This structure is developed to establish how an organization operates and

assists an organization in obtaining its goals to allow for future growth. The structure is

illustrated using an organizational chart.

Materials and Equipment

Bamboos include some of the fastest-growing

plants in the world. Bamboo has a higher

specific compressive strength than wood, brick,

or concrete and a specific tensile strength that

rivals steel.

Stainless tumbler gets you through the day. Your

morning brew stays hot.Plus, happy hour drinks

stay cold well into the night.

Bamboo Cross Cut Machine

Amachine with a fine-tooth blade is an excellent tool for

cutting back large amounts of bamboo. This cuts bamboo in

required length by using gauge. Anybody can cut complete

3D printed steel is a material obtained by

superimposing fine layers of steel. 3D printed

steel enables you to make parts for very

technical applications that sometimes perform

better than those manufactured by traditional

methods.3D steel printing, as well as 3D metal

printing, is not the only kind of single additive manufacturing technology. There are

many technologies used to print steel in 3D.
